About Us

Felicia "Fish" Matter, Owner/Trainer

Felicia grew up in Carthage, Missouri with her mom and sister. She has always had animals of every kind in her home. She has 18+ years experience in the animal industry with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science. She has worked for many of our local veterinarians, a groomer, kennels and doggie daycare's. She takes great pleasure in providing excellent training classes and treating your furry family members as her own.

Felicia's Family: Remi, Retired (Great Pyrenees); Ruger, Owner (Great Pyrenees); Adrian (Domestic Longhair); Bagheera (Domestic Shorthair); Cleo (Ball Python)

Remi is the apple of her mother's eye, and recently was retired due to having one of her legs removed. She is enjoying retirement by laying in the sun barking at all things that move outside her fence, playing with her little brother, and cuddling with mom.

Ruger is a young boy, who is one of the best at helping your pup learn and get accustomed to daycare. He enjoys getting into everything, playing with his big sister, and meeting everyone of the human and furry varieties.

Adrian and Bagheera both enjoy getting into the kitchen cabinets, supervising mom in the bathroom, and overall running the house.
